Robert Gray joined Real Estate Research Corporation (RERC) as a principal in 2002, specializing in commercial real estate consulting, particularly portfolio risk analysis, underwriting services, and analysis process consulting. Formerly the president of Robert Gray and Company, Mr. Gray heads RERC's operations in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Mr. Gray has operated a real estate consulting practice since 1990. For the past two years, he has worked closely with Torto Wheaton Research in the development of their risk analysis tools for debt and equity portfolios. For nine years, his firm worked exclusively for the real estate division of The MONY Group, now MONY Realty Capital, advising the executive team on a full range of investment decisions, including foreclosures, loan restructuring, property redevelopment, and portfolio sales.
